INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Our Individual Performance Programmes offers personalised 1-2-1 or small group training sessions for players of all abilities aged 4+.
These hour-long sessions are designed to be as realistic and are delivered to challenge the player over the 4 corner model; Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological side of the game.
NeXGen's 1-2-1 specific training is designed with the game in mind and a focus on the areas a modern day player needs to be able to succeed and strive.
Our Small Group sessions are designed to partner individuals on similar technical levels to further challenge their growth and development. These sessions add for further game realism which helps us incorporate and develop the players tactical knowledge and understanding.
Our coaching will help in the development of the players Technique, Flexibility, Speed, Agility & Power, and Game Understanding with and without the ball.
